The Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2015. The Association of Community Service Lecturers of Indonesia (ADPI) is a unifying association in community service and professionally improvement for lecturers. ADPI's vision is to become the largest association in Southeast Asia in the field of community service and professionally improvement based on faith and devotion to God Almighty. |
ADPI membership has covered 34 provinces in Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua, Australia, Malaysia, India, Portugal, The Russian Federation, Egypt, Kosovo, Oman, Iraq, Philippines, United Kingdom, Macedonia, Turkey, Nigeria, Mexico which its central management is located in Padang, West Sumatra and its branches are in each province and country ADPI’s has more than 1000 Lecturers from hundreds of public and privates Universities whole the World. In implementing Three Pillars of Higher Education (Education, Research and Community Service) and developing networks to improve the quality of human resources, ADPI plans to hold the International Conference on Research and Development (ICORAD). This conference is a kind of effort to improve the Community Service Program. lecturers’ community service can be the core that will contribute to research. Through community service, the quality of education and the application of research results can be improved. The community service and research are accumulated with science and technology which cannot be separated from Three Pillars of Higher Education. The International Conference on Research and Development (ICORAD) is one of ADPI’s programs purposing to improve lecturers’ community service through utilizing research results which is annually conducted. This conference is a medium to improve professionalism of ADPI’s members. This fits ADPI’s tagline as unifying association in community service and professionally improvement for lecturers. This conference is expected to make lecturers in Indonesia, especially ADPI’S s member, more productive and active in implementing Three Pillars of Higher Education (Education, Research and Community Service) |
