This study delves into the southern region of Thailand, exploring factors contributing to burnout and the intention to leave public health services among medical personnel. Workload, job strain, and job satisfaction are studied as determinants. The researchers collected the data from 131 participants through an online survey, which was subsequently examined for analysis. Pearson correlation reveals the relationships among variables, after which the hypotheses are tested using multiple regression analysis. Results show significant correlations between workload, job strain, and job satisfaction, influencing burnout and intentions to leave. Workload and job strain positively influence burnout, while job satisfaction negatively impacts it. Burnout positively influences the intention to leave. The finding implies that the public medical service has to manage its workload because it is the cause of emotional and mental disturbances and exhaustion in the body. In addition, the workload is deteriorating the body and making it tired, but having good relationships with co-workers can also lead to job satisfaction.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/139 A Review of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT Influencing the Digital Economy 2023-12-06T16:33:12+07:00 Lewes Lim drsupaprawat@gmail.com Supaprawat Siripipatthanakul drsupaprawat@gmail.com
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT have impacted the economy in the digital technology era. Ideally, stunting can be prevented as early as possible in the first 1000 days of birth, therefor preparation for pregnancy is an indicator that must be of primary concern, especially avoiding the 4-Too (4T) in pregnancy, namely too young during pregnancy, too old during pregnancy, too close a pregnancy distance, and frequency of childbirth. too often ≥3 times. This study aims to analyze the 4-Too Education (4T) on the knowledge of mothers from families at risk of stunting in preventing stunting. This research used an experimental method with a treatment group that received 4T Education. Respondents in this research were mothers from families at risk of stunting who had toddlers aged 0-60 months in Ekang Anculai Village, Bintan Regency. The design of this research was pre-experimental with a one group pre test-post test design and involved 10 respondents. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in maternal knowledge after receiving 4-Too (4T) Education (p<0.05). This education is effective in increasing mothers' understanding of the crucial factors that contribute to stunting in toddlers related to 4-Too. These findings provide strong support for the role of education as a stunting prevention strategy and are the basis for establishing good behavior that supports optimal growth and development of toddlers.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/135 The Association between Dietary Patterns and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus among Indonesian Urban Workers 2023-12-26T08:41:39+07:00 Risti Rosmiati ristirosmiati@unimed.ac.id Hardi Firmansyah hardigizi@unimed.ac.id Nila Reswari Haryana nilareswariharyana@unimed.ac.id Rasita Purba rasitapurba@yahoo.com
The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has become a major global health concern, including in Indonesia. Urbanization and lifestyle changes, such as dietary patterns, contribute to its rise. This study analyzed the association between dietary patterns and T2DM risk among Indonesian urban workers. Major dietary patterns were derived using principal component analysis from a 17-item food frequency completed by urban workers in the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) wave 5. The association between these dietary patterns and the risk of T2DM was assessed using logistic regression analysis, adjusting for potential confounding variables. A total of 8545 urban workers were included in the study. Four major dietary patterns were identified: Western, prudent, modern, and traditional. After adjusting for age, sex, nutritional status, physical activity, and smoking status, it was found that individuals with the highest Western dietary pattern had higher odds (OR 2.483, 95% CI 1.636 – 3.767) of T2DM than those in the lowest quartile. The prudent dietary pattern revealed lower odds (OR 0.203, 95% CI 0.130 – 0.317) for T2DM among those in the highest quartile compared with the lowest quartile. This study highlights the association between specific dietary patterns and the risk of developing T2DM among Indonesian urban workers.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/171 Sanitation Education Towards Families at Risk of Stunting 2024-01-04T09:01:38+07:00 Neli Roza nelliroza101201@gmail.com Huzaima Huzaima huzaima.imha@gmail.com Rofiqo Larasati Philip rofiqolarasati03@gmail.com Renny Adelia Tarigan renny.adelya27@gmail.com
Stunting is a condition where the body is very short, seen from the standard WHO-MGRS (Multicentre Growth Reference Study) standards, where the impact can cause disruption of brain development, intelligence, physical growth disorders, metabolic disorders in the body, as well as a decrease in the body's immunity so that it is susceptible to complications in the future. One of the factors that causes stunting is the lack of adequate sanitation in households. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of families at risk of stunting about sanitation as a factor causing stunting. The method used in this research was a pre-experimental one group pretest posttest design with the respondent being a mother from a family at risk of stunting carried out in Ekang Anculai Village, Bintan Regency. The research results showed that there was an increase in respondents' knowledge after sanitation education (p= 0.000 <0.05). The use of sanitation has a significant influence on the incidence of stunting in toddlers related to clean water facilities, family latrines, liquid and solid waste management facilities causing suboptimal child growth. Mothers' knowledge about appropriate sanitation can be increased through the education provided in this research so that it can change the behavior of making good household sanitation. This education can be an effort to improve the level of public health to prevent stunting in the future.
2024-02-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/173 Development of Health Education E-Booklets Media for Women of Childbearing Age 2024-01-04T12:09:19+07:00 Aa'isyah Phoebe Putri Ivanny ekafitriamir@gmail.com Rifda Nabila Aisha ekafitriamir@gmail.com Fitri Syahira ekafitriamir@gmail.com Eka Fitri Amir ekafitri@univawalbros.ac.id Aminah Aatinaa Adhyatma aminah@univawalbros.ac.id
Screening to detect changes in cervical cancer cells which can be a sign of cervical cancer or pre-cancerous lesions is an important examination to be carried out by women of childbearing age. The high rate of cervical cancer in Indonesia in particular requires massive prevention efforts including (Visual Acetate Inspection) IVA Test. The coverage of early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA Test method in the Riau Islands in 2019 among women aged 30 - 50 years was only 5.4% who underwent IVA examination and as many as 0.6% were suspected of cancer. Early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA test by Women US is still low and the lack of interest of women of childbearing age in carrying out examinations is one of the obstacles. Efforts made to increase the interest of Women of Childbearing Age by increasing women of childbearing age knowledge and information regarding the importance of the IVA test are by providing health education using e-booklet media which allows quick access from electronic devices without requiring significant physical space. The aim of this study is to determine changes in attitudes of women of childbearing age towards the IVA test, this research was carried out by collecting women of childbearing age at one time to be given counseling regarding the IVA test using E-Booklet media, then women of childbearing age will fill out a questionnaire containing information related to the IVA Test and cervical cancer. Quantitative research data was analyzed using data analysis techniques using SPPS to see the significance of the increase in women of childbearing age attitudes regarding the IVA test. The findings show that the attitudes of women of childbearing age through the module-based E-Module as an outreach medium increased with a Positive attitude value of 83.85% of the average percentage of attitudes of women of childbearing age given the E-Booklet. The respondent's attitude is the reason for his or her failure to carry out the IVAl examination, because this attitude can influence the tendency to carry out the IVAl examination. If the respondent's body has a negative attitude towards the IVAl examination, this hallmark will also be an obstacle for the respondent to carry out an examination for early detection of cervical cancer using the (IVA) method.
2024-02-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/169 Independent Oil Palm Smallholder Income Based Typology of Land in Jambi, Indonesia 2024-01-03T18:04:10+07:00 Firna Varina firna.gani@gmail.com Epit Erwandri epitkampus@gmail.com Sri Harimurti harimurtistip08@gmail.com
Oil palm is the main commodity that plays a very important role in economic development in some rural areas of Jambi Province. The main objective of the study was to compare the income of independent oil palm smallholders by type of land in Jambi Province. The secondary data was applied to 1,587 selected independent oil palm farmers from the results of the 2014 Estate Cultivation Household Survey by Statistics Indonesia. The analytical tool used in this study was farming income and comparative analysis. The result provided empirical evidence that there was a difference in income between farmers who cultivated oil palm on mineral land and those who cultivated on peat land. The income of independent farmers on mineral land was greater than those on peat land. The analysis of a Revenue Cost ratio showed that the value of R/C ratio was greater than one for two of them, but no difference between them. The results may provide support for the development policy of oil palm smallholders according to land suitability.
2024-03-15T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/170 The Influence of the Marketing Mix On the Purchase Decision of Ornamental Plants in the Mulyaharja Ornamental Plant Market South Bogor District Bogor City 2024-01-04T06:11:31+07:00 Dyah Budibruri Wibaningwati dyahboediarto@gmail.com Karunia Ade Putra Mendrofa karunia@gmail.com Sari Anggarawati sarianggarawati@gmail.com Nia Sonani niasonani774@gmail.com
Mulyaharja is a location for ornamental plant cultivation because it is the center for selling ornamental plants in the city of Bogor. The types of ornamental plants that are mostly marketed at the Mulyaharja ornamental plant market are ornamental leaf plants. Competition in the ornamental plant business, business actors in the Mulyaharja ornamental plant market need marketing strategies that can maintain and increase the market share of ornamental plant products. One strategy is the marketing mix. This research was conducted at the Mulyaharja ornamental plant market with 39 consumer respondents. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out how the marketing mix influences ornamental plant purchasing decisions; and (2) Knowing which marketing mix variables have the greatest influence on the decision to purchase ornamental plants at the Mulyaharja ornamental plant market. There are 4 independent variables tested which relate to the marketing mix in the Mulyaharja ornamental plant market, namely product (X1), price (X2), place (X3) and promotion (X4) as well as 1 dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions (Y). The results of multiple linear regression show that product variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at a real level of 5% with a coefficient value of 0.641. Every time the product variable increases 1 time, purchasing decisions will increase by 0.641 times. The place variable significantly influences purchasing decisions at a real level of 15%. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the variable that has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at a real level of 5% or 0.05 is the product variable. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that all independent variables have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions at a real level of 5% or 0.05 with an R2 contribution value of 56%.
2024-02-05T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD) https://adpi-indonesia.id/icorad/index.php/home/article/view/179 Analysis of Special English Learning Needs (English for Specific Purpose) for Health Students 2024-01-30T19:06:55+07:00 Khanza Suryani ronafadila921@gmail.com R.Sri Ayu Indrapuri ronafadila921@gmail.com Rona Fadila ronafadila921@gmail.com Nurhayati Lumbantoruan ronafadila921@gmail.com Hani Bertuah Oktavia Silaen ronafadila921@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the ESP English learning needs of hospital administration students. The research problem centers on understanding how brand credibility and self-image congruence jointly influence purchase behavior, considering the varied perspectives in the background literature. The research adopts an explanatory approach, seeking to provide comprehensive explanations. Data collection involves the use of a questionnaire with a mix of open-ended and closed-ended questions. Responses are measured using the Likert scale, ranging from 1 to 5. The study focuses on the entire population of Buttonscarves consumers in the city of Semarang, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling, randomly encountering members of the population at the research site. The analysis employs the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach within the framework of structural equation modeling to address the research hypotheses. The results suggest that purchase behavior is influenced by both self-image congruence and brand credibility, with brand knowledge not acting as a moderating factor in this relationship. Higher levels of self-image congruence contribute to increased purchase behavior, emphasizing the significance of aligning the product with consumers' self-concepts. The study underscores the role of comfort during the shopping experience in motivating extended and repeat shopping. Marketers are advised to cater to customer needs by offering products and services that resonate with consumers' self-images.
2024-02-05T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference On Research And Development (ICORAD)
