History

The Association of Community Service Lecturers of Indonesia (ADPI) is a unifying association in community service and professionalism improvement for lecturers.

The Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2015 explains that the National Standards for Higher Education is not only National Education Standards and National Research Standards, but National Standard for Community Service (PkM). This standard is the minimum criterion regarding the community service system at Higher Education that applies in all areas in the Republic of Indonesia.

In order to participate in realizing qualified community service programs and organizing all lecturers in community service activities that can have a large and wide impact, Lecturers Association of Community Service in Indonesia (ADPI) was formed. Thus far, ADPI membership has covered 34 provinces in Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua and Malaysia, which its central management is located in Padang, West Sumatra and its branches are in each province. ADPI’s has 1000 Lecturers from hundreds of public and privates Universities in Indonesia and Malaysia. This number will continue to grow.

The Association of Community Service Lecturers of Indonesia was established on Friday, October 27th 2017 in West Sumatera which derives in the community service activity in “National Seminar on English and Halal Tourism in West Sumatera” which was held at Padang Pariaman Police office.  The establishment of the association held “the gathering and consolidation of ADPI “in Universitas Putra Indonesia Exhibition Hall Padang on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019.

In order to participate in actualization of qualified community services and organize lecturers activity in community services that will have a large and broad impact, the Association of Community Service Lecturers of Indonesia was formed ADPI which cope under Fatih Al Khairiyah Foundation.

Fatih Al Khairiyah Foundation itself is a foundation that has a legal entity no. AHU-0004391.AH.01.04. 2019. This foundation is a professional institution that has a vision to be at the forefront to empowering the society in the world.
